After 23 years of maintaining my own firm I have made the difficult decision to close my law practice effective Friday, February 16, 2024. While I will no longer be practicing law, I will continue to act as an expert witness/consultant in the area of insurance coverage and contractual risk transfer.

I will also continue to act as an Arbitrator with the AAA’s Commercial and Construction panels and as a mediator focusing primarily (but not exclusively) on insurance coverage claims, multi-party contribution claims and construction claims (PD and BI).
