On May 7, 2019 Les Robertson participated in presenting topics involving additional insured issues to claims representatives and management of insurance company client.

Robertson & Associates, APC is pleased to welcome new Associate Attorney Julie Kim.  Julie brings with her over a decade of insurance coverage and risk management experience and is licensed to practice in both California and New York.  Julie’s practice areas will include insurance coverage analysis and insurance litigation (coverage and bad faith) on behalf of both carrier and policyholder clients.

Les Robertson will be speaking at the DRI Construction Law Seminar in Nashville April 25-27, 2018 on coverage issues occurring in construction defect cases.  The title of his panel’s session will be “My True Love Left Me, and My Dog Died, but at Least I Can Learn About Insurance Coverage Issues for Attorneys and Adjusters.” Description of the talk: “Dig deep into policy and coverage information that every attorney and adjuster needs to know, including triggers of coverage, tendering to carriers, a national perspective on the right to independent counsel, privilege issues, and more”.   It’s a primer on insurance coverage issues for counsel and claims professionals handling construction claims.  For more information or to register for the seminar click here

Les Robertson was elected to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates, Region 8, for a three year term beginning April 19, 2016.  The House of Delegates is a forum for the membership of the Bar and representatives of sections and local bars to advise the Board of Governors and to debate and decide matters of policy relating to the membership or the administration of justice as provided in the Bar Act, the Bylaws and other rules and regulations of the Bar.

San Diego Magazine has once again included Les Robertson on its list of Top San Diego Lawyers.  In the Magazine’s March 2016 issue, Les was only one of two San Diego attorneys selected as Top Lawyer in the area of Insurance Coverage Analysis.  Robertson ADR was also featured in the March issue.
